Running an outfitter or charter business is hard enough without bouncing between five tools to do it. That's the problem we built Mallard Bay to solve.

We are the operating system for outfitters and charter operators. Lead capture, client management, scheduling, payments, and a website that gets you found, all in one place. Built for outfitters by outfitters, our goal is to be a true extension of your team, handling everything except cleaning the boat and brushing the blind so you can stay focused on the work only you can do.


April was the biggest release we have ever shipped. A complete client view, smarter list building, a full messaging system, a redesigned forms platform, a calendar that finally works on a phone, and a real way to run group trips.


Here's what's new and what it means for your business:


👥 Create and Manage Group Bookings

Duck blind weekends, bachelor parties, tournament fishing trips, corporate hunts. Groups now work the way you actually run them. One group, multiple bookings, one place to see it all.

  • Plan, edit, and combine multi-booking trips directly from the app or dashboard.
  • Create a group from the booking page or calendar without rebuilding from scratch.
  • Easily adjust group bookings on the fly


🎨 The Best Forms Management System for Outfitters Just Got Better

Forms and leads now feel like one product. Every submission flows straight into the lead it belongs to, so you stop hunting for context across screens.

  • Forms got a major refresh. Submission count, duplicate forms, checkbox input, and a redesigned details and submissions view.
  • Leads and forms are now wired together. Form name shows in the leads table, the actual submission lives on the lead detail page, and forms have richer info in the form table itself.

There were way too many features to fit into one update. The link below has the full April changelog, including:

  • A new iOS home-screen widget that shows your weekly digest, unread counts, and upcoming bookings
  • AI-generated listing description suggestions on mobile
  • Photo uploads that automatically retry and compress on flaky cell service
  • Downloadable review images
  • "Sportsmen" renamed to "Clients" everywhere in the app and dashboard
  • Plus dozens of paper cuts the team chipped through
