Where this lives in mobile
Use screen_name: Listing to review and update the operational details for a listing. The Listing screen is organized into sections such as Listing Setup, Availability & Pricing, Payments, and Operations & Logistics.
If a setup workflow is not available as a native mobile screen, open the web dashboard from the mobile Menu. Dashboard items open in the in-app browser at screen_name: WebView.
Review field-ready listing details
On screen_name: Listing, use the Listing Setup section to confirm the details guides need before a trip:
- Listing basics, status, listing type, license requirement, and check-in/check-out settings.
- Description and gear list.
- Listing location and meeting location.
- Species, lodging, amenities, and photos.
Use Availability & Pricing to review how the listing is sold and staffed operationally, including availability, pricing packages, included lodging, add-ons, and package resource requirements.
Assign the guide
The Operations & Logistics section on screen_name: Listing shows the listing guide. Users with editing access can edit the guide assignment from this section.
The mobile app currently selects one guide for the listing, even though the backend can support more than one guide.
Manage resources
Resources such as vehicles, boats, blinds, ATVs, and gear are created or edited on screen_name: EditResource. Resource records can include the resource type, name, capacity, description, images, and type-specific fields such as make, model, manufacturer, length, or category.
After resources exist, pricing packages on screen_name: Listing can require resources and select the included resource IDs for that package.
Documents and full setup
Mobile listing screens focus on reviewing and editing field logistics. If you need to manage setup that is not shown natively in screen_name: Listing or screen_name: EditResource, open the web dashboard from the mobile Menu. The dashboard opens inside screen_name: WebView, so outfitters can continue setup without leaving the mobile app.
