Where this lives in mobile

Use screen_name: AllListings to browse trip listings for the outfitter. Listing cards show the listing name, type, location, status, and cover image. Tap a listing to open screen_name: Listing.

Use screen_name: Listing to review and update the listing’s setup, availability and pricing, payments, and operational logistics. Edit actions appear based on your account permissions.

Create or manage a listing

From screen_name: AllListings, use the add button to create a new listing. Mobile listing creation supports core setup such as listing type, name, location, meeting location, license requirement, guest minimum and maximum, species, photos, and lodging selection.

From screen_name: Listing, the listing menu can include actions to duplicate or delete the listing. Duplicating opens the copied listing after it is created. Deleting returns you to the listings list after confirmation.

Listing Setup

The Listing Setup section on screen_name: Listing includes:

• Basics, including published status, listing type, license requirement, and check-in or check-out display.
• Description and gear list.
• Photos.
• Listing location and meeting location.
• Species.
• Lodging.
• Amenities.

Use screen_name: ListingSpecies to edit the species connected to a listing. The species picker shows hunting and fishing species based on the listing type.

Availability And Pricing

The Availability & Pricing section on screen_name: Listing includes listing availability, pricing packages, and before-trip add-ons.

Use the availability edit action to open screen_name: EditAvailability for the listing. When opened from a listing, availability is locked to that listing so you can update listing-specific bookable dates and capacity.

Pricing packages can be reviewed from the listing. Users with editing access can add or edit pricing packages from mobile, including package price, guest rules, lodging, required resources, included add-ons, and hidden status when that option is shown.

Add-Ons

The Add-ons section on screen_name: Listing shows before-trip add-ons assigned to the listing. Mobile supports creating a new add-on for the listing or assigning an existing add-on.

Users with editing access can remove listing-specific add-ons from the listing. Add-ons that apply to all listings are not removed from a single listing in this mobile flow.

During a quote or booking invite workflow, screen_name: CustomizeAddOn lets you select an existing add-on for the listing and set a custom price for that quote package. This customizes the sales workflow without replacing the original listing add-on.

Payments And Logistics

The Payments section on screen_name: Listing shows listing payment settings for users with editing access. Mobile can open listing payment settings for deposit behavior, descriptor, deposit amount or percentage, and balance timing. For dashboard-only payment setup such as post-trip payments, open the web dashboard from the mobile Menu or from the dashboard link shown in the mobile payment settings area.

The Operations & Logistics section shows the assigned guide. Mobile currently edits one guide assignment for the listing.
