What it does
Mallard Bay mobile does not manage subscription billing on a native billing screen. When you open subscription billing, the app routes through BillingNavGate, opens the hosted Stripe billing portal, and then returns the mobile app navigation to the main tabs.
Open subscription billing
From the mobile Menu, open Settings. If your account has access to subscription management, tap Manage Your Subscription, then Manage Subscription.
The app opens the Stripe billing portal outside the native screen so you can update your plan or payment details there.
After the portal opens
BillingNavGate is only a routing screen. It does not display billing details in the app. After launching the Stripe billing portal, Mallard Bay resets mobile navigation back to the main tabs so you are not left on a blank screen.
Not the same as guest payments
Subscription billing is for your Mallard Bay account. Guest payment workflows, such as Quick Pay, booking payments, terminal payments, offline payments, refunds, or payment links, are handled through separate mobile payment screens.
