This allows you to enjoy an exciting hunt, with no limit to the size of your trophy. We want you to be able to relax and enjoy your time with us, and have an unforgettable experience!
Our founder, JD Verfurth, started Angry Goat Outfitters in 2017 after spending many years gaining knowledge and experience about the unique animals and vast, unforgiving terrain of the Western edge of the Texas hill country.
JD first started guiding for outfitters in 2001, and has acquired thousands of hours of guiding hunters throughout the years. He’s been blessed with the opportunity to have hunted throughout Texas his entire life, and guided for over half his life. Everything he’s learned, he applies to his hunts, ensuring that all of his clients are able to have an unforgettable experience.
Each hunt we provide is unique, enjoyable, competitively priced, and over the years we have proven ourselves to be consistent in our quality.
