Broken Hart Adventures is a Montana-based outfitting operation dedicated to delivering authentic, earned wilderness experiences in some of the most rugged and beautiful country the West has to offer. Operating across remote regions of Montana, we specialize in fully guided big game hunts and backcountry adventures built around respect for the land, ethical hunting practices, and honest expectations.

Our operation is rooted in the belief that the most meaningful outdoor experiences aren’t manufactured or guaranteed—they’re earned through effort, preparation, and time spent in wild places. Whether you’re pursuing elk during the September rut, tracking mountain lions through winter snow, glassing alpine basins for mountain goats, or planning a once-in-a-lifetime sheep or moose hunt, our goal is the same: to provide a real Montana adventure that reflects how hunting is meant to be done.

Broken Hart Adventures offers guided hunts for a wide range of Montana species, including elk, mule deer, mountain goat, mountain lion, spring black bear, moose, bighorn sheep, wolves, and combination hunts. Many of our hunts take place in remote backcountry settings, often accessed by horseback, snowmobile, or on foot, with camps designed to balance comfort and authenticity without losing the spirit of true wilderness travel.

We pride ourselves on clear communication and realistic expectations. These are not easy hunts, and success is never promised.
