About Chimney Rock Outfitters
Chimney Rock Outfitters offers fair-chase big game hunts for elk and deer in the mountains and valleys south of Livingston, Montana—about 40 miles north of Yellowstone National Park. Our focus is a straightforward, well-run hunt built around local knowledge, ethical hunting practices, and a pace that lets you hunt hard while staying comfortable back at camp.
Each package is designed to keep logistics simple so you can concentrate on the hunt. You’ll spend six days in the field with lodging and hearty meals included, returning each evening to a warm place to rest, plan the next day’s strategy, and enjoy Montana hospitality.

Chimney Rock Outfitters Lodge
Sleeps 6Chimney Rock Outfitter's hunting camp, south of Livingston, Montana consists of two comfortable cabins. The older, constructed in 1942, is the cook and dining cabin. The newer, built in 1997, is reserved for our hunting clients. The hunter's cabin is equipped with eight log-framed beds and a wood stove for your comfort. We have full bathroom facilities with indoor plumbing so you can enjoy a nice, hot shower after a good day of hunting. A propane generator provides electricity for our hunting camp.
