Cadillac Creek Hunt All Inclusive Hunt 2 or 3 Day Package

Cadillac Creek welcomes hunters of all ages and experience levels. Whether you’re targeting ducks, geese, or sandhill cranes, we will cater to your needs. Throughout our waterfowl season, which runs from Halloween to Valentine’s Day, we have the opportunity to hunt puddle ducks (Mallards, Pintails, Widgeons, Teal, etc.), Lesser Canada Geese, Snow Geese, Ross’s Geese, Speckled Belly Geese, and Sandhill Cranes. While we would love to guarantee a daily limit of your preferred species, waterfowl migration is affected by unpredictable weather patterns. However, it is not uncommon for our hunters to have the opportunity to harvest multiple species. Rest assured, the CCO team will do everything in its power to make your Cadillac Creek hunting experience one that you will never forget!

If you are flying commercial, Amarillo Rick Husband International Airport (AMA) is the closest airport. It is serviced by Allegiant, American Airlines, Southwest, and United. Private airport accommodations are available at Tradewinds, TacAir, and more. If you need to rent a vehicle, they are available at the airport, it is recommended to have a vehicle to get from Lodge to Blind.

Packages:

• Per Day Rate: $1,050 through Thanksgiving, and then the price will up to $1250
• We require a minimum of 10 hunters to book a private hunting party, if not booking private, prefer to book in groups of 2 for sleeping arrangements.
• Smaller groups will be combined to ensure a quality hunt for all.
• Lodging & Hospitality Bar Included! (2024 season) 11 Rooms (rooms of 2), 13 Bathrooms.
• Grab and Go breakfast, full lunch, and full dinner
• Recommend you rent/bring a car to get from lodge to the blinds every morning

*Bring comfortable loungewear for the lodge and a cooler to transport birds.*

What to bring:

• Shotgun (12 or 20 gauge recommended)
• Ammunition - 3” or 3.5” nontoxic shot in sizes 5, 4, 3, 2, or BB
• Camo outer layer 
• Hunter orange hat and or vest if you plan to upland hunt
• Warm underlayers strongly recommended 
• Hunting boots - Warm and waterproof recommended

• Lodge shoes- Weask that hunting boots not be worn inside the lodge, past the mudroom.

Gun Rentals will be available if needed

Check-in is anytime after 5:00 PM the evening prior to your first day of hunting.

Departure time is before noon on the last day of hunting.

Deposit: CCO requires a 50% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit, to hold your dates. We'll confirm your dates once we receive your deposit. Your balance is due on or before September 1.

Cancellations:

Cancellations within 45 days of your scheduled hunt will result in the processing of your second payment. For any questions or to discuss rescheduling options, please contact Toby at (806) 602-9517. *Please note that this policy is subject to change based on the reason for cancellation.

Bringing dogs: It depends. Typically, we strongly discourage client dogs, because we are not fully aware of your dog's obedience, demeanor, or skill level. Our dogs are highly trained, insured, and hard-working members of the CCO team. They are accustomed to the volume of clients we run and the birds

they must retrieve every day. We understand that there are some fantastic gun dogs out there. We've hunted with plenty of them! Visiting retrievers are considered only for private groups of 9 or more hunters if they are steady to shot, trained to hunt out of a dog blind, current on all vaccinations, and ready to work! Please note, for the safety and enjoyment of all involved in the hunt, we have a zero-tolerance policy. If a CCO team member deems your dog a distraction or a safety hazard, we will ask you to remove your dog from the field immediately.

Private groups: Private groups are available for groups of 9 or more hunters, preferably in multiples of 3. To book a private hunt, a group of fewer than 9 hunters must pay for a 9-hunter group. * As a last resort, in rare, extenuating circumstances, we may request to combine a smaller group with a private group to ensure the best quality hunt for all clients. ** I wish this wasn't a necessary "fine print" addition. However, we learned MANY tough lessons through the pandemic.

Required licenses:

• Federal waterfowl stamp,
• Resident or non-resident 5 day special hunting license ,
• Sandhill Crane permit,
• Texas State HIP certification,
• Hunter’s Education Certification, unless born before September 2, 1971,
