• First day will be spend around the property enjoying the amenities, and the first hunt takes place on day two.

Check-in is anytime after 1:00 PM

Departure time is before noon on the last day of hunting.

Deposit: Speck Ops requires a 50% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit, to hold your dates. We'll confirm your dates once we receive your deposit. Your balance is due on or before September 1.

Cancellation: Speck Ops’ plans are based on how many hunters and guests we've booked daily. If someone must cancel, please find a sub. Speck Ops will gladly transfer the canceller's paid deposit toward your sub. However, in the event of a no-call, no-show with no sub, the client will forfeit their portion of the deposit to Speck Ops to cover incurred business expenses and lost revenue.

Groups: We require a minimum of 6 hunters to book a waterfowl package in any lodging option, 4 hunters to book a dove package in cabins or cottages & a minimum of 12 hunters to book a dove package in the bunkhouse.

Required licenses:

• Federal waterfowl stamp
• Resident or non-resident 5 day special hunting license 
• Sandhill Crane permit (If hunting waterfowl)
• Texas State HIP certification 
• Hunter’s Education Certification, unless born before September 2, 1971
