Captain Josh Garza, owner and operator of Twilight Charters in Port Mansfield, Texas, is a dedicated and passionate Texas saltwater fishing guide. He is focused on his clients and their experience on the water.  He is a current member of the K-Wigglers Pro Team and supporter of the Texas Women Anglers. 

He is a licensed United States Coast Guard Captain, with current medical CPR certifications, knowledge of first aid and is diligent in all boating safety rules and guidelines. 

The Captain is an avid angler who specializes in wade fishing and enjoys putting clients on trophy trout using artificial lures.
