Cherokee T.P. Outfitters Guided Hunts

Guided hunts are all inclusive and includes 6 nights of lodging and meals with 5 days of hunting. Breakfast and dinner are a hot meal, and all the lunch materials, snacks and bottle waters are provided to bring out into the field. Game pack-out is included. Hunters are responsible for their own transportation to and from base camp, as well as responsible for transportation of the game home. Guided hunts are set up as two hunters to one guide ($4,000/hunter).

Typically, we will travel by vehicle to trailhead and walk into your hunt area, however we occasionally use horses. For guided hunts we hunt to your ability. If you are not able to walk an average of 3-5 miles, you will be placed to sit within an area with a 1/2-mile walk-in.

Clients are responsible for knowing all rules and regulations as well as those in regard to transporting game.

Clients are also responsible for having all required licenses and tags for the species being hunted.

The application period beings in March, with the deadline being first Tuesday in April. Draw result notifications will go out by email first week of June.

Deer and Elk: Tags and Seasons are as follows

Archery: Sept 2nd - 30th | Draw Tag 

Muzzleloader: | Draw Tag (minimum 4 points to draw)

1st Rifle Season: | Draw Tag (Bull Only)

2nd Rifle Season: | Over the Counter Tag

3rd Rifle Season: | Over the Counter Tag

4th Rifle Season: | Draw Tag

Bear season runs congruent with deer and elk seasons however, tags can be purchased as an “add on” through the draw.
