About Pasamonte Hunts
Located in the wide-open country of northeastern New Mexico, Pasamonte Hunts offers a true big-game experience built on land stewardship, fair chase, and decades of real hunting knowledge. Our ranch spans over 56,000 acres of lightly pressured, unfenced terrain near Grenville, giving game the space to move naturally and thrive — the way it’s meant to be.
We’re hunters first. Our team has been guiding hunts for nearly 40 years, and every season we continue doing what we love most: sharing this land and its wildlife with people who respect both. Pasamonte was never built on high volume or shortcuts. We keep tags limited, focus on quality over quantity, and work year-round to manage habitat and wildlife so our hunters have the opportunity at true trophy animals across species.
Our terrain is as diverse as the game we hunt. From wide-open grasslands and high desert flats to deep canyon systems and mesa tops, our property offers a variety of landscapes and hunting styles. That diversity allows us to offer elite fair-chase hunts for elk, mule deer, antelope, and black bear — all on private land with no high fencing.
At Pasamonte Hunts, we believe a great hunt is more than just the moment you pull the trigger. It’s the entire experience — the challenge, the scenery, the strategy, and the people. From experienced, field-proven guides to hunting transportation and optional lodging on the ranch, we aim to provide a well-rounded, professional experience without losing the authenticity and grit that makes real New Mexico hunting special.
Our family lives and works on this land year-round. We know every canyon, every ridge, and every migration pattern because this is our home. Being good stewards of the land and wildlife isn’t a marketing phrase for us — it’s our responsibility.
If you’re looking for an all-inclusive, no-draw New Mexico hunt on a vast private ranch, where fair chase, low pressure, and real Western hunting still exist — Pasamonte Hunts is where it happens.
