At Texas Blaze Outfitters, we offer a wide range of custom hunting experiences across the rugged and scenic terrain of West Texas. Whether you're chasing big game, exotics, or high-volume bird hunts, our experienced guides are ready to deliver a first-class adventure tailored to your group.

From exciting rifle and archery hunts to action-packed waterfowl mornings and classic Texas hog and dove hunts, every trip is built around your goals and preferences.

Whitetail Deer

Our fully guided whitetail hunts are offered during both archery and rifle seasons, with opportunities for bucks, does, and combination hunts that may include hogs. These hunts are ideal for solo hunters, father-son trips, or small private groups.

Exotic Game

We offer year-round hunts for a wide variety of exotic species. Available game may include:

• Axis Deer
• Blackbuck Antelope
• Fallow Deer
• Red Stag
• Aoudad (Barbary Sheep)
• Scimitar-Horned Oryx
• Texas Dall Rams
• Mouflon and other sheep species

All exotic hunts are fully guided and can be customized with optional lodging, meals, and animal processing support.

Wild Hog Hunts

We provide classic Texas hog hunting options, including stand hunts over feeders, spot-and-stalk adventures, and night hunts with thermal optics. These are high-success hunts and great for both newcomers and seasoned hunters.

Dove Hunts

Join us for action-packed dove hunts during the peak of migration in West Texas. Perfect for group outings or corporate events, our dove hunts are available during the September and winter seasons.

Waterfowl Hunts

Our guided waterfowl hunts target Sandhill Cranes, Lesser Canada Geese, and Ducks based on seasonal scouting. Hunts take place in the mornings and are planned based on bird movement patterns and local conditions. Group and private hunt options are available.

What to Bring

• Rifle, bow, or shotgun (depending on hunt)
• Ammunition and necessary optics
• Camo clothing and waterproof outerwear
• Boots, gloves, ear/eye protection
• Cooler for transporting meat or birds
• Valid Texas Hunting License
• A great attitude

Check-in is generally between 5:00 AM - 5:45 AM on the morning of the hunt. TBO will reach out prior to the hunt to ensure ample communication on meet up spot and time

Departure time is after the completion of your morning hunt, hunts generally go till 10:30 AM - 11:00 AM, or once we limit. If bird cleaning is provided, expect to depart around 11:30 AM - 12:00 PM

Deposit: TBO requires a 50% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit, to hold your dates. We'll confirm your dates once we receive your deposit. Your balance is due two days prior to your hunt

Cancellation: TBOs plans are based on how many hunters and guests we've booked daily. If someone must cancel, please find a sub. TBO will gladly transfer the canceller's paid deposit toward your sub. However, in the event of a no-call, no-show with no sub, the client will forfeit their deposit to TBO to cover incurred business expenses and lost revenue. Deposits will roll over for one year if the trip is canceled outside of 30 days (from your first hunt date) and can be rescheduled for the following waterfowl season

Groups: At TBO we have no minimum to book, yet we require a minimum of 10 hunters to book a private hunting party. TBO has the ability to hunt up to 15 hunter if needed

Dog Policy: Texas Blaze Outfitters does NOT allow customers to bring dogs on the hunt

Alcoholic Beverages: Absolute zero tolerance on drinking in the field

Required licenses:

• Resident or non-resident 5 day special hunting license 
• Texas State HIP certification 
• Hunter’s Education Certification, unless born before September 2, 1971
