Southwest Prairie Outfitters offers a whitetail archery and rifle program centered around pre-rut, rut, and post-rut patterns. Hunts are conducted from a mix of treestands and blinds placed on travel corridors, food sources, and staging areas informed by trail camera data and long-term scouting.

Whether you’re hunting the pre-rut, peak rut, or late-season patterns, our guides place you in the most strategic location each sit based on wind, weather, and recent sightings. Deer in this region respond well to calling, rattling, and decoy setups, making for action-packed sits when conditions line up.

Meals

Deer Processing

• Deer can be skinned, quartered, and frozen at the lodge for $125
• Hunters are responsible for taking meat to a game processor (recommendations available)
