About:

During our late season goose hunts. We winter one of the largest concentrations of dark geese in Eastern Nebraska along the Platte River Refuge. With part of the river system and dozens of large sandpits acting as roosts during this time. Our heated field pits and warm water systems tend to consistently produce day in and day out. During these hunts you can expect freezing temps with snow the first part of January targeting big geese. To 50 degree sunshine days at the end of January to the first week of February when the reverse migration kicks into full gear and we’re decoying big flocks of little geese and white fronts.
