These hunts are not for the faint of heart—but they’re tailored to a variety of skill levels and physical abilities thanks to the diverse terrain and adaptable game.

The Experience

Expect a rugged and unforgettable adventure across steep cliffs, rolling grasslands, and high desert. Elevations range from 4,000 to 6,500 feet, and our terrain mirrors the challenges of other mountain species like desert bighorn—without the price tag.

Our team focuses on older, mature rams, and every hunt is backed by intimate local knowledge and scouting. We boast a 100% shot opportunity rate, but we encourage hunters to embrace the full experience—the land, the story, and the people make this hunt truly special.

Hunt Details

• Season: August through April
• Duration: 4 Days / 5 Nights
• Lodging & Meals: All-inclusive (ranch house or comfortable camp accommodations)
• Rates:
• 1:1 Hunt: $12,500/hunter
• 2:1 Hunt: $10,000/hunter
• Non-hunters: $350/day

Planning & Travel

Fly into Midland (MAF) or El Paso (ELP) and drive ~3 hours, or arrange pickup based on availability for an additional cost via private aviation at Marfa (MRF) or Alpine (ALE)—included in the price. We also offer rental gear for those flying in light.

Recommended Gear

We’ll send you a full gear checklist, but essentials include:

• Broken-in hiking boots (Crispi or similar)
• Rifle with bipod (.30 cal and up, practiced to 600 yards)
• High-quality optics (Leica Geovid or similar)
• Hunting pack (Mystery Ranch Metcalf or similar)
• Hydration system, trekking poles, and layered clothing
• Texas non-resident 5-Day Hunting License ($48)

Meals & Lodging

Whether you're staying in a bunkhouse or a historic ranch home, you'll be well-fed, well-rested, and warm. Meals are customized to dietary needs and always reflect the flavors of the region. On occasion, we may utilize a hotel and local restaurant based on logistics.

Payment Terms & Inclusions

Payment Terms:

• A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
• All payments and deposits are non-refundable, regardless of circumstances.
• Final payment is due 90 days prior to your scheduled hunt.

What’s Included:

• Airport transfers to/from Alpine or Marfa (when applicable)
• Lodging with full board (meals, accommodations, and hospitality)
• Professional guide service
• Trophy preparation for one mature Aoudad ram
• Premium meals prepared on-site

What’s Not Included:

• Guide gratuities
• Airfare to and from Texas
• Texas Hunting License ($48 — Type 157 for non-residents)
• Taxidermy and export services (quoted on a case-by-case basis)

Rebooking Policy

We understand that plans can change, but due to the remote nature of our hunts and the logistics involved in coordinating lodging, guides, and ranch access, any date changes made after booking are subject to a rebooking fee. This fee helps cover non-refundable lodging deposits, guide scheduling, and other arrangements already in motion.

We ask that all clients commit to their reserved dates to help us maintain a smooth experience for everyone. If a change is absolutely necessary, please contact us as early as possible so we can evaluate options and minimize additional costs.
