About this trip
This one-day crane hunt takes place in Eastern Colorado, ranging from just north of I-70 south toward Highway 50. With a large operating area to cover, 360 Outdoors scouts before sunrise to find the best possible setup for each group.
Hunts are customized by the guide using hunt pits, layouts, A-frame blinds, and go-panel blinds to maximize success. Cranes may arrive as early as the first week of October and can remain into mid-December, feeding in fields and roosting around cattle ponds and lakes.
