Season Dates | February 1 - 7 and February 10 - March 15 2025

Check-in is at 5:30 AM the morning of your hunt, while this is standard please communicate with the guides on exact meet up times. 

Departure time is around 10:30AM the morning of your hunt.

Deposit: Barz Outfitters requires a 50% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit, to hold your dates. We'll confirm your dates once we receive your deposit. 

Cancellation: Barz Outfitters plans are based on how many hunters and guests we've booked daily. If someone must cancel, please find a sub.We will gladly transfer the canceller's paid deposit toward your sub. However, in the event of a no-call, no-show with no sub, the client will forfeit their portion of the deposit to cover incurred business expenses and lost revenue.
