Operated by Juan Olvera across the border and Jeff Larson the point of contact, Mexico Wing Shooting is located on the Lower Laguna Madre at the tail end of the waterfowl migration.

This area houses every duck in the Central Flyway which is the Largest and most populated Duck Flyway, Pintails become the primary puddle duck of choice and the bulk of the Red Head Diver Duck population winter right in front of the P.A.L.M. Lodge. We also harvest all 3 species of teal. The variety of waterfowl is impressive, and certainly the numbers. In addition to the waterfowl inTamaulipas, Mexico the area hosts white-wing doves, artful dodgers larger than our mourning doves but slightly smaller than a pigeon.

Quail make a wary change of pace for the hunters who want to shake a bush for these wild flying fowl.
