At Texas Blaze Outfitters, we offer a range of Whitetail hunting packages to suit your preferences. Our packages include both archery and rifle hunts, each designed to provide an exceptional hunting experience.
Our 3-Day, 5-Hunt Whitetail Archery Package is priced at $3000 per person. This package features three morning and two afternoon whitetail archery hunts, including one doe, one buck, and two hogs. Breakfast is provided each day, though lodging is not included.
The 3-Day, 5-Hunt Whitetail Rifle Package, available for $2500 per person, offers a similar experience with three morning and two afternoon whitetail rifle hunts. This package also includes one doe, one buck, and two hogs, with breakfast each day and no lodging.
For those interested in a shorter hunt, our Whitetail Doe Hunt is $550 per person. This package includes one morning and one afternoon whitetail rifle hunt, with one doe included and breakfast provided. Lodging is not included.
We also offer add-ons to enhance your hunting experience. You can add an additional doe for $250 each. Our animal cleaning and quartering service is available for $100 per deer, which includes removing the hide, disposing of guts and organs, removing back straps and tenderloins, and quartering the remainder. Please note: No processing or deboning is included.

Group Sizes: To book a whitetail deer hunt, the maximum is 1 hunter, but can bring 1 non hunting spectator ($150).

Rules
Check-in is generally between 5:00 AM - 5:45 AM on the morning of the hunt. TBO will reach out prior to the hunt to ensure ample communication on meet up spot and time
Departure time is after the completion of your morning hunt, hunts generally go till 10:30 AM - 11:00 AM, or once we limit. If bird cleaning is provided, expect to depart around 11:30 AM - 12:00 PM
Deposit: TBO requires a 50% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit, to hold your dates. We'll confirm your dates once we receive your deposit. Your balance is due two days prior to your hunt
Cancellation: TBOs plans are based on how many hunters and guests we've booked daily. If someone must cancel, please find a sub. TBO will gladly transfer the canceller's paid deposit toward your sub. However, in the event of a no-call, no-show with no sub, the client will forfeit their deposit to TBO to cover incurred business expenses and lost revenue. Deposits will roll over for one year if the trip is canceled outside of 30 days (from your first hunt date) and can be rescheduled for the following waterfowl season
Groups: At TBO we have no minimum to book, yet we require a minimum of 4 hunters to book a private hunting party. TBO will hunt 3 groups of 6 (18) clients MAX per day
Dog Policy: Texas Blaze Outfitters does NOT allow customers to bring dogs on the hunt
Alcoholic Beverages: Absolute zero tolerance on drinking in the field
Required licenses:
- Resident or non-resident 5 day special hunting license
- Texas State HIP certification
- Hunter’s Education Certification, unless born before September 2, 1971
