Hunt Details:
There is no specific time frame on lion hunts. Hunts are based on the availability of snow. Lion hunts can be guided or self-guided hunts. Those details can be worked out upon inquiry. You have the option of food provide or bringing your own. There is no cook available during the lion season.

Lion hunts are fast responsive hunts. When there is new snow, guides are out looking for fresh tracks. When a track is found, the houndsmen are called and the chase is on!
Rules
- Hunter orange: Montana law requires at least 400 square inches of hunter orange above the waist for big game rifle and archery hunters (exception: bow hunters during special archery season).
- BYOB: Alcohol is allowed but must be provided by guests; no alcohol consumption while out hunting.
- Licenses: Hunters are responsible for obtaining required licenses and following Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks regulations.
