(DIY) Horseback or ATV/UTV Accessible Drop Camp Hunt (Minimum 2 bookings per Camp)

We provide drop camp materials, but you are responsible for bringing the following. Water filtration system, food (dried or packaged food is best), food storage- soft sided coolers for horseback pack-in camps, limit of 75lb's per person for horseback pack-in camps, rifle scabbard for gun and clothing and gear. Game pack out will be on pack-out day.

Clients may choose to bring ATV/UTV for use DIY 4 wheeler accessible drop camps. ATV/UTV can be useful on limited trails and getting in and out of camp. If choosing to use ATV/UTV, a permit is required ($25.25) which can be acquired online or where licenses are sold. Allow 3-4 weeks for delivery if ordering online.

Terrain in our area can be rough so we suggest a google earth search of the area within 5-10 mile radius and along forest service road 250 of Jasper, CO in units 80-81 before booking.

Quad maps can be purchased online or at the forest service office.

Season dates for drop camps are as follows:

Archery: September 2nd-30th

Muzzleloader: September 14th-21st

1st Rifle: Oct. 12-16th

2nd Rifle: Oct. 26th-Nov. 2nd

3rd Rifle: November 9th-16th
