Thousands of resident Canada geese call the surrounding area home, with many hatched and raised on Eagle Lakes Ranch Lodge properties. Every fall, hundreds of thousands of additional geese migrate through the Pacific Flyway, stopping in the Columbia Basin to feed and rest before continuing their journey. The result is an incredible combination of resident and migratory birds that provides consistent action throughout the season.

With private lakes, Columbia National Wildlife Refuge and the Columbia River just minutes away, our hunting grounds are perfectly positioned between major feeding and resting areas, creating ideal conditions for unforgettable goose hunts.

Our experienced guides scout daily to position hunters where the birds want to be. Hunts are primarily conducted in productive agricultural fields using a variety of proven concealment options, including:

• Permanent pit blinds
• Final Approach one-man Eliminator layout blinds
• Portable stand-up blinds when conditions call for them

Our decoy spreads are designed to finish birds in close, with most shots averaging between 20 and 35 yards, creating exciting, ethical shooting opportunities.

Our hunts typically produce a mix averaging 70% giant Canada geese (honkers) and 30% lesser Canada geese, offering hunters an outstanding chance at impressive birds throughout the season.

Lodging & Occupancy

All duck and goose hunting packages are priced based on double occupancy at our standard $1,100 per hunter, per day waterfowl rate. Pricing includes shared accommodations with another guest during your stay.

Guests requesting single occupancy will incur a $200 per person, per night private room upgrade fee, subject to availability.
