***Pricing: When booking, you are booking by boat and can have up to 6 guests. So the calendar shows one spot, but 6 are able to fit in the boat. Whether you bring 1 or 6 people does not matter it is still the same price, by boat!

Trip Details

• Gulf Mafia provides all relevant fishing gear for your full day fishing trip. Gulf Mafia also provides all necessary safety equipment on board the vessel, but customers are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the safety procedures and equipment before the trip. Bottled water will be provided by Gulf Mafia, but all other drinks and food must be brought by the customer. No glass containers are allowed on board the vessel.

What to bring

• Customers are responsible for bringing any personal items they may need during the trip, such as sunscreen, hats, sunglasses, and appropriate clothing for the weather conditions.

Liability

• Gulf Mafia assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged personal items, or for any injury or damage incurred during the trip. By booking a trip with Gulf Mafia, customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gulf Mafia and its crew from any and all claims, damages, or expenses that may arise from their participation in the trip.

Changes and Cancellations

Gulf Mafia reserves the right to change the itinerary or cancel a trip due to inclement weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a cancellation, Gulf Mafia will offer customers the option to reschedule. By booking a trip with Gulf Mafia, customers agree to abide by these policies and to follow the instructions of the Captain and Crew at all times. If you have any questions or

Deposit Policy

At Gulf Mafia, we understand that life can sometimes create unexpected conflicts with your scheduled fishing trip. To ensure that all of our customers have a positive experience, we have established the following deposit policy:

A deposit is required to secure your reservation. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel your trip within five days of the scheduled date. However, if you need to reschedule your trip due to inclement weather or mechanical malfunction, your deposit will be applied to the rescheduled date.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your trip up to 30 days prior to the scheduled date without penalty. If you need to reschedule your trip within 30 days of the scheduled date, your deposit will be applied to the rescheduled date.

No-shows

In the event that you do not show up for your scheduled trip, you will forfeit your deposit and will be responsible for the full cost of the trip. If you have a conflict with your scheduled trip, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we will make every effort to accommodate your
