Based in Yates Center Kansas, we offer top notch duck and goose hunts in the southeast region of Kansas. We take pride in offering great hunts that not only focus on shooting birds for our clients but also making it an enjoyable experience for you and your family even if the birds aren't flying!
What to bring
We recommend bringing 2 boxes of shells for each hunt in a small blind bag as well as hot hands, gloves, beanie, headlamp, choke wrench, and any other personal items, please do not bring a giant blind bag full of stuff that is not necessary.
What to bring
Bibs, pants, jackets, hoodies, rubber boots, clothes capable of keeping you warm in temperatures down to 0 degrees.

Client dogs
Client dogs are not allowed unless you book a private group of minimum 6.

Here at Split Wing Outfitters hunting is more than just shooting birds; its a way for us to connect with our creator and take in the magnificent creatures that he has blessed us with the opportunity of chasing every fall and winter. Everyday we go out and watch the sunrise over our decoys we cant help but think of how magnificent our God is; and all the opportunities he has blessed us with. I hope our clients are able to experience this same appreciation with us.
When joining us at Split Wing you can expect to be hunting a wide variety of properties including dry grain fields, cattle ponds, sheet water, sloughs, and creeks.
We typically hunt once per day in the morning or sometimes in the evening, If the morning hunt doesn't go as planned we will do our best to put together a good evening hunt.
