Tim's professional background is in custom home construction. Austin and Connor helped with this, but that is not the business they wanted to work together forever. Tim's wonderful wife Lori suggested buying a hunting ranch. At first, they thought she was kidding around, but no, she was serious. The family started the search almost immediately for the right piece of property. July 31st, 2017 Tim and his family closed on the loan to purchase the property and fence for Rock Water Ranch. They started work on the fence the next day and the lodge shortly thereafter. After a lot of hard work, they were able to have a few hunters use the ranch for day hunts starting September through December and then we were able to open full operations with the lodge opening January 1st, 2018!
