Texas Aoudad

Hunt free-range, fair-chase aoudad in the Quitman Mountains of West Texas on more than 65,000 remote acres. Compass West Outfitters has scouted and hunted this ranch for years, offering a limited number of quality sheep hunts with no draw required.

This is not a high-fence hunt. Hunters use ranch access and Polaris transportation where possible, but the hunt is still earned through rugged spot-and-stalk hunting in steep, remote sheep country. The goal is mature rams, generally 10 years old or over the 30-inch mark.

Hunts include five guided days, lodging, meals and airport pickup at El Paso, creating a focused and well-supported West Texas aoudad experience.

A 50% deposit books the hunt. Hunts are very limited each year and are managed toward long-term quality ram goals.
