These massive migratory birds, known as the “Ribeye of the Sky,” deliver one of the most unique and rewarding hunting experiences in Texas.
Our guides have years of experience running crane hunts and understand exactly what it takes to fool these sharp-eyed birds. From early scouting to expert calling, we do everything possible to put you in the right spot for success.
The Experience
Hunts are conducted over dry agricultural fields using A-frame or panel blinds and full-body decoy spreads. Our crew handles all blind setup and decoy placement before you arrive so you can focus on the hunt.
Watching cranes glide in with their prehistoric bugle calls is something every waterfowler should witness at least once. Many hunters also pair these hunts with duck or goose hunts in the area for a full weekend of variety.
