At Middle Creek Outfitters, we believe a great hunt is about more than the animal at the end of it. It's about early mornings in the mountains, miles covered on horseback, time spent around camp, and experiencing the kind of wild country that keeps hunters coming back to Colorado year after year.

We specialize in Colorado big-game hunting for elk, mule deer, black bear, moose, and antelope, offering a variety of guided and self-guided opportunities. From traditional horseback camps deep in the mountains to comfortable lodge-based hunts, our goal is to give every hunter an authentic Western experience built around the way they want to hunt.

Our horseback hunts remain a cornerstone of the Middle Creek experience. Traveling into the mountains by horse allows hunters to experience Colorado's backcountry in a way few people ever get to see, while our lodge-based hunts provide the opportunity to hunt hard during the day and return to a comfortable home base each evening.
