Message Templates & Automations
Message templates are reusable email and SMS layouts in Mallard Bay that power both manual sends and automations. Email templates use a visual editor with drag-in variables such as guest name or trip date; SMS templates are edited in place. Automation Center turns workflows on or off, sets timing offsets, and chooses email or SMS per step.
