Rent a single room or reserve the entire property for your group. Sleeps up to 10 guests * Master Suite featuring a King bed with private full bathroom * Guest bedroom with Queen bed * Guest bedroom with two Twin beds * Queen sleeper sofa in the open-concept great room * Two full bathrooms The open living area provides plenty of space to relax after a day on the water while enjoying canal views and comfortable seating for everyone. Fully Equipped Kitchen The kitchen is stocked with everything needed for preparing meals before or after your adventures. The property features: * Large wraparound dock * 12,000-pound boat lift * Fish cleaning station * Gulf-access canal with quick access to San Carlos Bay and the Gulf of Mexico Captain Tim’s 26-foot Carolina Skiff Ultra Elite is normally moored at the dock, ready to take guests on one of Rebel Fishing Alliance’s guided adventures. Guests bringing their own boat are welcome to use the lift during their stay. Ample parking is available for up to six vehicles, including room for boat trailers and primitive RV parking. Included Water Toys Explore Southwest Florida at your own pace with: * Two Hobie Mirage Outback fishing kayaks * Two stand-up paddleboards * One recreational paddle kayak Launch directly from the dock and paddle the nearby canals while watching for dolphins, manatees, and coastal birds. This detached, air-conditioned space serves as Captain Tim’s office, tackle shop, classroom, and gear workshop. Guests are welcome to browse apparel, tackle, and fishing equipment, purchase supplies, or participate in hands-on classes and workshops.
