With direct boat access to San Carlos Bay and nearby fishing grounds, it's an ideal home base for a Southwest Florida fishing trip. The home accommodates up to 6 guests with 3 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 2.5 bathrooms. Sleeping arrangements include two king beds and two twin beds, giving groups plenty of flexibility. Inside, guests will find a full kitchen, comfortable living spaces, Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, and everything needed to settle in after a long day on the water. Built for Days on the Water One of the biggest advantages of Salty's Seaside Retreat is the waterfront setup. The property sits on a 120-foot double lot along Monroe Canal and features plenty of dock space along with two boat lifts rated at 10,000 and 7,500 pounds. Guests can keep their boat right at the property and cruise through Monroe Canal toward San Carlos Bay for a day of fishing and exploring. There's also plenty of private parking and room to accommodate a boat trailer. When the fishing is done, come back and cool off in the screened-in pool, which can be heated or cooled for added comfort. The pool sits just off the back lanai, creating a great outdoor space for relaxing with the group. Fire up the grill, cook the day's fresh catch, and enjoy an evening at the house before heading back out the next morning.
A 4,500 sq. ft. lodge with luxury dining, a massive great room, granite countertops, handcrafted cabinets, stainless designer appliances, a walk-in pantry, River Rock fireplace, upstairs owner’s ensuite, additional kitchen, great room, three bedrooms, and a full hall bath. The Lodge sleeps up to 30 people for special events.
