Whitetail Buck Harvest Policy (Daily Hunt Participants)

All trophy buck hunts require a non-refundable $1,500 deposit at the time of booking. This deposit is applied toward the final price of your harvested animal.

Buck pricing is based on gross antler score and age class, with total cost varying depending on the size of the deer taken. If a larger or more mature buck is harvested than originally intended, additional trophy fees will apply. This is in addition to your daily hunting rate.

General Hunting Access & Policies

For hunters interested in general access or additional species, we offer custom day-hunt options that include:

• Access to active hunting areas
• Guide service based on selected hunt type
• Transportation to and from hunting locations
• Game cleaning and storage for the duration of your stay

Important Notes:

• No trophy animals are included in general access hunts unless booked separately
• Any animal shot (taken or wounded) is considered a harvest and subject to trophy fees
• Deposits are required and refundable based on the final billing summary
• All hunters must sign a ranch waiver and release
