Catalina Goats are not the fastest species, but they are one of the most challenging to hunt! Catalina’s are easily spooked, and are capable of climbing out of harm’s way within seconds. A Catalina hunt often involves pursuing on foot, and climbing the mountains they use for escape!

They are also considered an invasive species, due to their ability to rapidly destroy native shrubs, trees, and vegetation. Additionally, they have also been labeled a critically endangered heritage breed by the Livestock Conservancy.

You may hunt our Catalina Goats using any method you prefer, including Spot & Stalk, Bow Hunting, Rifle Hunting, Pistol Hunting, Safari Style, or from a Blind. Our Catalina Goats are fair chase on over 2,800 acres of Texas Hill Country!
