Travel methods vary depending on conditions and location, utilizing horses, hiking, and traditional backcountry techniques to access prime bear habitat.

All winter mountain lion hunters will stay in comfortable local hotels during their hunt. Each evening, guests return to clean, warm accommodations to rest up and recharge for the next day in the field. Hotel lodging provides convenient access to hunting areas while offering a comfortable place to relax after long days pursuing lions in Montana’s rugged backcountry.
