Properties are managed year-round with feed programs, crop ground access, food plots, and camera monitoring to support consistent deer movement throughout the season.

• Target-class bucks commonly fall in the 140–160+ range
• Typical shot distances around 100 yards (up to ~300 yards possible)
• Weapons allowed: Rifle and muzzleloader only
