Speckle Belly Hunt

The Speckle Belly Hunt is a focused guided goose hunt over a decoy spread tuned specifically for specklebellies during Idaho’s best window for the bird. This small-group hunt is designed for hunters who want guide attention, careful setup, and a specialized waterfowl experience.

With up to four hunters per group, Owyhee County Outfitters handles scouting, calling, spread placement, blinds, and trained gun dogs. The result is a private, well-organized hunt built around current conditions and the details that make a specklebelly hunt come together.

• Every hunter must bring a valid Idaho hunting license, migratory bird permit, and signed federal duck stamp.
• Guests should bring shotgun, shells, layered camo, waders or waterproof mud boots, blind bag, and appropriate cold-weather gear.
• Daily bag and possession limits apply and may change with Idaho regulations.
