Axis Tacos
1 pound flank meat or ground meat from your favorite part on the deer.
1/4 cup seasoning Salt and Pepper will do the trick here.
1/4 lb butter or beef tallow.
1 avocado
1 cup shredded cheese
6 inch flour tortillas
Lime juice
Directions
Chop or grind the meat up as fine as possible.
Melt butter or beef tallow down on a wok or frying pan.
Put meat into wok or frying pan and cook till all meat is brown and has cooked through. Make sure not to dry the meat out.
Remove and fix your tacos. Don’t forget the lime on top! Cheers
