Sandhill Crane Taco Recipe

Ingredients:
2 sandhill cranes
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Taco shells or tortillas
Chopped vegetables (such as lettuce, tomato, onion, and bell peppers)

Instructions:
Begin by preparing the sandhill cranes for cooking. This typically involves plucking the feathers, cleaning and gutting the bird, and cutting it into small pieces suitable for taco filling.
Preheat your grill or smoker to medium-high heat.

Brush the sandhill crane pieces with the seasoning mixture, coating them evenly.
