Listing availability and pricing

Overview
Use Listing to review and manage a listing’s field-ready availability, pricing packages, add-ons, and payment expectations. The main mobile surfaces for this workflow are Listing, EditAvailability, and dashboard web content opened from mobile through WebView or the in-app browser.
Availability
On Listing, open the Availability & Pricing section and use the Availability edit action to open EditAvailability for that listing. When opened from a listing, the availability resource is locked to that listing.
In EditAvailability, select dates on the calendar to update whether the listing is Available or Blocked. When a date is available, you can adjust total slots and review booked and available slots before saving. The availability panel also includes a Bookings tab so you can check trips tied to the selected date range before changing capacity.
Pricing Packages
The Pricing section on Listing shows the listing’s pricing packages. Package cards show the package name, pricing tags, included add-ons when configured, active or inactive status, hidden status when applicable, and price.
When your role allows editing, you can create, edit, activate, deactivate, or delete pricing packages from mobile. The mobile package form supports:
- Package name and price.
- Group package or pay-per-person pricing.
- Set number of days or pay-per-day date selection.
- Included guests, or minimum and maximum guests for per-person packages.
- Included lodging when lodging applies.
- Required resources when resources are configured for the outfitter.
- Included add-ons by category when add-ons exist.
- Whether the package is hidden from clients at checkout.
Add-Ons
The Add-ons section shows add-ons assigned to the listing. Mobile supports creating a new add-on for the listing or assigning an existing add-on. Add-ons shown here are before-trip add-ons, and disabled add-ons are filtered out of the listing view.
When editing is allowed, listing-specific add-ons can be removed from the listing. Add-ons that apply to all listings are not removed from one listing in this mobile flow.
Payment Expectations
Listing payment settings are managed from the Listing Payments section, separate from the Availability & Pricing section. Mobile can show and edit listing payment settings such as deposit status, statement descriptor, deposit amount or percentage, and balance due timing.
For deeper dashboard-only payment setup, such as post-trip payments, use the dashboard link shown in the listing’s payment settings area or open the web dashboard from the mobile Menu. Those dashboard workflows open from mobile instead of being edited as native Listing availability or pricing controls.
