Where to manage quotes in mobile

Use the mobile Quotes area to review incoming quote requests and sent booking invites.

Relevant mobile contexts:

  • screen_name: Quote
  • screen_name: QuoteWithBackButton
  • screen_name: CreateQuote
  • screen_name: BookingInviteRequestDetails

The Quotes screen has two tabs:

  • Quote Requests shows guest requests that need review.
  • Quotes Sent shows booking invites you have already created.

You can filter by listing or archived status from the Quotes screen menu.

Review quote requests

Open a request from Quote Requests to see the request details. The details screen shows the listing, customer name, email, phone, preferred contact method, preferred date range, and trip details.

From BookingInviteRequestDetails, use the menu to:

  • Convert to Quote to start a quote from the request.
  • Archive Quote Request when the request no longer needs action.

If a request already has related booking invites, they appear in the request details so you can see what has already been sent.

Create a quote

From Quotes Sent, tap the add button to open CreateQuote.

The quote flow walks through:

  1. Select a listing.
  2. Enter or confirm customer details.
  3. Choose dates.
  4. Select a pricing package.
  5. Set guest count and add-ons.
  6. Review the summary and create the quote.

If you start from a quote request, the app pre-fills supported request details such as listing, customer contact information, and preferred dates.

Quote options

When building a quote, you can include packages, add-ons, coupons, notes, and customer-editable checkout fields. For non-invoice quotes, editable checkout toggles can let the guest adjust supported fields such as dates, package details, add-ons, guest count, or coupon.

You can also choose Include an invoice for the client?. Invoice quotes require the client’s name and email. When an invoice is included, Mallard Bay generates a PDF invoice for the automated email, and the quote details are locked so the client cannot change them after the quote is created.

The summary shows a price summary when dates are selected. If dates are open-ended, the app does not show a price summary.

Manage sent quotes

Sent quotes appear in Quotes Sent with listing, client, email, package, amount when permitted, guest count, add-ons, dates, coupon, and notes.

From a sent quote menu, supported actions include:

  • Copy Link to copy the guest booking invite link.
  • Edit to update the quote.
  • Duplicate to create another quote from the same setup.
  • Archive to remove it from the active sent quote list.

Archived sent quotes can still be duplicated from the archived filter.
