Mobile screens
Use the outfitter profile and settings screens to maintain business information and operational settings from the Mallard Bay mobile app.

Open your outfitter profile
From the mobile Menu, open your outfitter to go to Outfitter.
The Outfitter screen is organized into sections:
- Account & Business Info
- Media
- Resources
- Booking & Guest Experience
- Payments & Financials
Editing controls are shown based on your role and permissions. Some sections are intended for outfitter owners or users with editing access.
Update business info
In Account & Business Info, review the outfitter’s basic details, about section, addresses, and team members.
Tap Edit in the Info section to open OutfitterBasics. From there, users with editing access can update:
- Outfitter name
- Website
- Contact email
- Contact phone
The Info section also displays the outfitter logo and default check-in/check-out information. Address sections can show the primary address, mailing address, and meeting location.
Manage resources
In the Resources section on Outfitter, review the resources your team uses for trips, such as vehicles, boats, blinds, ATVs, and gear.
Tap Add or use a resource card’s menu to open EditResource. Resource records can include:
- Resource type
- Name
- Capacity
- Year
- Description
- Images
- Type-specific details such as category, make, model, manufacturer, or boat length
Resource cards can also be edited or deleted from the Resources section.
Edit cancellation policy
In Booking & Guest Experience, review the outfitter cancellation policy.
Tap Edit to open EditCancellationPolicy. You can choose from available cancellation policies or select a custom policy and enter a policy description.
Manage payment settings
In Payments & Financials, users with editing access can review Payment settings on Outfitter.
Tap Edit to open EditPaymentSettings. This screen supports settings such as:
- Custom outfitter statement descriptor
- Whether deposits are allowed
- Deposit type, using amount or percentage
- Days before the trip when only full payment is accepted
- When the final balance should be charged, such as before the start date, on the last day of the trip, or on a specific date
The Payments & Financials section may also include dashboard-linked settings, such as post-trip payments. Open those from mobile when they appear; dashboard workflows open through the in-app browser from the mobile experience.
Use account settings
Open Settings from the mobile Menu for signed-in account actions.
Depending on your account and permissions, Settings can include:
- Manage subscription
- Notification Preferences
- Log Out
- Delete Account
- Current app version
