Overview

Waivers and digital signature setup are managed in the Mallard Bay web dashboard. In the mobile app, outfitters and guides can review related trip readiness context from booking and form workflows, then open the dashboard from the mobile Menu when waiver setup needs to be created or changed.

Relevant mobile contexts include screen_name: Forms, screen_name: Booking, screen_name: Listing, and screen_name: WebView.

Review Form Readiness

Open screen_name: Forms from the mobile Menu to review forms connected to your outfitter account. Mobile forms are primarily for review: you can check existing forms, required fields, and submitted guest answers.

If waiver-style information is collected through a form, use the form review workflow to confirm what has been submitted before a trip. Creating or editing the waiver-style form setup is handled in the web dashboard.

Check a Booking Before the Trip

Open a reservation in screen_name: Booking to review trip readiness. When a booking has related forms, the Forms section can show submission progress and guest submission status.

Use this before heading into the field to confirm whether guests have completed required paperwork. When a submission includes a form link, mobile may provide sharing actions such as Share link or QR Code so a guest can access the form.

Check Listing Context

Use screen_name: Listing to review the listing details, availability, pricing, payments, and operational logistics tied to a trip. If waiver requirements are part of a listing or trip setup, manage that configuration in the web dashboard rather than expecting a native waiver editor on the Listing screen.

Set Up or Change Waivers

To create waivers, attach them to the correct workflow, configure required signatures, or change waiver setup:

  1. Open the mobile Menu.
  2. Choose the web dashboard option for forms, waivers, or setup work.
  3. Continue in the in-app browser at screen_name: WebView.

This keeps waiver and digital signature setup available from the mobile app while keeping field workflows focused on reviewing readiness and helping guests complete required information.
