Overview
Use the Mallard Bay mobile app to manage the people who help run your outfitter account in the field. Team and profile workflows use these mobile screens:
EditTeamMemberTeamMemberInviteProfile
Invite a Team Member
From the mobile team members area, add a new team member to open EditTeamMember. Enter the team member’s name, email, and role, then save.
The mobile app supports these team member roles:
- Owner
- Co-owner
- Guide
If your plan has reached its team member limit, the app shows a Team Member Limit message before you can add another person.
Edit Team Member Access
Open an existing team member to edit their record in EditTeamMember. You can update their name, email, and role, then save the changes.
If the team member has already accepted their invitation, the email field is locked. This helps keep the accepted team member record connected to the correct user account.
Existing team members can also be removed from the same screen. The app asks for confirmation before deleting the team member.
Accept a Team Member Invite
When someone opens a team member invitation link in mobile, the app uses TeamMemberInvite.
The app verifies the invite, accepts it for the matching team member record, and then shows a success message. If the invite was already accepted, the app still shows the accepted state.
If the invite link is missing the required invitation or team member information, the app shows that the team member invite could not be found.
Manage Your Mobile Profile
Open the mobile Menu and tap your profile card to open Profile.
Your profile shows your name, join date, email, phone number, bio, years of experience, and location when those details are available. Pull down on the profile screen to refresh your user information.
Use the profile menu to edit your profile or log out. Editing your profile lets you update:
- First name
- Last name
- Phone number
- Bio
- Years of experience
In The Field
Use team access to keep guides and staff current before trips. Guide roles are especially important for operational workflows where bookings need the right guide assigned, while profile details help keep your own contact and field-facing information up to date.
