Overview
Use booking logistics to make sure the right people, lodging, and field resources are attached to a trip before it runs. In the mobile app, these assignments are managed from the booking detail workflow through these native screens:

Assign guides
Open the booking’s Guides section to review who is assigned. If no guide is assigned, use Assign Guides. If guides are already assigned and your role allows booking actions, use the edit action.
On EditBookingGuide, select or remove guides from the outfitter’s available team members, then save. If no guides are available, the app shows that team members with a guide role need to be added before they can be assigned.
Assign resources
Open the booking’s Resources section to review assigned field resources. Use Assign Resources or the edit action to open EditBookingResources.
Resources are grouped by supported resource types, including gear, vehicles, ATVs, blinds, and boats. Select the resources needed for the trip, remove any that no longer apply, then save.
Assign lodging
Open the booking’s Lodging section to review lodging attached to the booking. Use Assign Lodging or the edit action to open EditBookingLodgings.
Select the lodging needed for the guest or group, remove lodging that no longer applies, then save.
Update availability
Each logistics edit screen includes a Should update availability? switch. Leave it off if you only want to change the booking assignment. Turn it on if the selected booking dates should also update availability for the selected guides, lodging, or resources.
After saving, the app returns to the previous booking screen and refreshes booking and calendar information.
