Overview

Use the Mallard Bay mobile app to search and open individual client records while you are in the field. Saved client lists and client segments are managed in the web dashboard, which you can open from the mobile Menu.

Relevant mobile screen names: MainTabs, Clients, and WebView.

Find a Client in Mobile

From MainTabs, open the Menu and go to Clients.

On Clients, you can search for individual clients and open a client record. Client cards can show details such as name, email, phone, prior bookings, gross sales, most recent trip start date, and date added.

Review an Individual Client

Open a client record from Clients to review customer details tied to that person, including contact information, trip history, related bookings, leads, quote or booking invite activity, notes, and notification send logs when available.

Mobile is best for looking up a guest, checking recent activity, contacting the client, or updating an individual client record before or after a trip.

Manage Saved Lists and Segments

Saved client lists and client segments are a web dashboard workflow. To manage those lists from your phone, open the mobile Menu from MainTabs, choose the dashboard navigation item for the client list or segment workflow, and continue in the web dashboard through WebView.

Use the dashboard when you need to organize saved groups of clients for outreach, segmentation, or follow-up. Use the mobile Clients screen when you need to find and work with a specific client record.
