What You Can Do In Mobile
Use the mobile Integrations screen to find integration options that connect Mallard Bay with tools used for scheduling, communication, accounting, marketing, and website booking.
The mobile app shows integration cards for:
- Calendar: import or export calendar data to help sync availability across platforms.
- Custom Email Domain: send emails from your own domain.
- Meta: connect Facebook and Instagram pages to Mallard Bay.
- QuickBooks: connect QuickBooks for invoicing and finance tracking.
- SMS: enable SMS for marketing and customer support.
- Widgets: access booking widgets and website embed tools.
Opening Integration Settings
From screen_name: Integrations, tap an integration card to open its setup area in the Mallard Bay web dashboard. The dashboard opens from the app in an authenticated in-app browser.
The browser context uses screen_name: WebView when mobile opens dashboard-based workflows.
When To Use The Web Dashboard
Some integration setup is handled in the web dashboard rather than directly on a native mobile form. If you need to connect, update, reconnect, or manage full settings for an integration, open the integration from the mobile app or use the mobile Menu to open the web dashboard.
This is useful when you are in the field and need to quickly check or update an integration that affects bookings, availability, payments, customer communication, or your website booking tools.
